What areas do you service?
We service the Western New York Area including Buffalo, Tonawanda, Kenmore, Grand Island, North Tonawanda, Pendleton, Lockport, Sloan, Cheektowaga, Lancaster, Depew, Amherst, Williamsville, Snyder, Orchard Park, Hamburg, Lackawanna and all local areas to Buffalo, NY. If you are outside our local area, please contact us for pricing.
What do I get when I reserve a video game party?
We provide the video gaming trailer complete with XBox, PS4, WIIU, controllers, games and everything needed to play. We also offer additional services like face painters, temporary tattoos, balloon animals, tents, tables, chairs, outdoor movies, bounce houses, concessions and just about any party rental service you would ever need.
How far in advance should I reserve my date?
Frankly, the video game trailer has become very popular and should be reserved as far in advance as possible to insure that you get the time and date you need for your party.
What is inside the video game trailer?
Inside our video game trailer are 6 monitors, 12 seats with standing room for 4 more people to play in front. The trailer is heated and air conditioned, has a limousine style carpeted interior with mood lighting and sound bars.
What do we need to have the trailer come to our event?
The trailer and truck need about 60′ for parking. It is self powered. If you want to play online games you will need to have us close enough to your home or company router to plug in and connect the trailer to your internet. You only need this for games like Fortnite that must be connected to the web in order to play.
What is the cost of the video game truck to come to my house?
In the Buffalo area our parties are 2 hours and cost $600.00 for the first two hours. After that additional time is $250.00 per hour. We require a NON refundable deposit of $200.00 which you can pay on your Visa/MC etc over the phone. The balance is due in cash only unless prepaid at the time we arrive to your party.
How many people can fit into the game trailer?
There are 12 seats and standing room for 4 players at the same time. Outside 8 additional players can play on the side of the trailer. Winter parties are best for 16 players at the same time and summer parties can accommodate 24 players. Of course many more can alternate.
What if it rains or snows?
Our trailer is air conditioned and heated, has awnings to cover for inclement weather. The party can go on if it is raining or snowing. The only exception is in the event of extremely icy weather, blizzard or heavy snow. If we decide at our sole discretion that it is a dangerous to move our trailer or park it at your event, then we may cancel the event and will offer to reschedule or refund your deposit. Your children’s safety and our staff safety is more important to us than anything!
Can you use the trailer in parks?
The game trailer will work in any park since it is self powered. You must contact the park and request a permit if required by the park. If the park requires an insurance certificate to be added as “Named Insured”, we offer that at a rate of $75.00 additional.
Can I reserve the video game theater for the entire day?
Yes, We often schedule our game trailer for organizations, churches, schools and events. You may reserve the entire day or days, please contact us for discounted rates.
